        Terrible. They don't answer or make you wait a hour on the phone. I might of missed a appointment last night because I wanted to confirm but all I got was your estimated wait time.... and your position in que is six finally after 45 min and (6) phone calls to the office and since I didn't have a reminder sheet the only reminder I found was April 15 3:20pm I stayed home. I called 6 times and was on hold 45 min no answer. I missed the bus well I tried to call. What happened how come no one said Hello Park Tree? You know. You want us to call and confirm but when do it's always the machine.
