Brighton

I have been a long time customer of Brighton,  after the pandemic the Pleasanton location has gone great to bad! I had 3 items for repair,  they were shipped put for repair on 11/28/2022, I never received a voice mail message they claim they left on 12/15/2022. In the past they would call and send an email. Luckily I called and was told I would be called when items are returned from repair,  I asked if she could check as we are going on 6 plus weeks, guess what my items have been returned from repair,  only 1 call a voicemail message that I didn't receive left on 12/15/2022, and they didn't attempt to call again! Bad, bad customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in a Brighton store! I went there to purchase a necklace that I saw online that they did not have in the store but when I asked the sales associate if they had it she was very rude and all she said "we don't have it" then she greeted another customer by first name and began chatting about her Christmas.  The second sales associate was talking with her friend in front of the display of key fobs and looked very annoyed when I said "excuse me" so I could look at them.  I left the store and ordered my merchandise online.  I will never return to this location again.  Brighton needs to check these employees and make sure they know how to treat a customer!!!

I was gifted a Brighton bracelet for my birthday and it was too large.  Although it was purchased online, I took it to this store to see if I could exchange it.  There was not a bracelet that fit my small wrist that I liked, and was told I could exchange it for any other item in the store.  Cheryl helped me and was very kind and patient and knowledgeable!!  I ended up with something I really love and wear a lot of the time.  I will definitely go back and shop at this store.
