        After experiencing a horrible experience with a windshield vendor and my car insurance about a misplaced part on my car. BMW stepped in to get the issue fixed immediately. They were very patient, supportive, and explained the root of the issue efficiently. Special shoutout to the staff, and most especially to the advisor (Alex) for being very informative and supportive through the whole process.
