        This was my first time working with Farmers Insurance and I was so impressed. During escrow, my amazing lending team already had connections with Natalie Chens office and not only were they able to quickly draft a condo policy for me, but they were also super helpful in bundling my auto insurance after closing! Shoutout to KIMBERLY for answering all of my questions and being a great communicator! Kimberly was extremely helpful explaining the process/fees and was able to apply a lot of discounts that I didnt even know existed. Even though there was a slight hiccup with getting my auto insurance started, Kimberly stayed professional and friendly the entire time. I will definitely be recommending Farmers to friends and family. Thank you Kimberly, Natalie and team!!!
