Working with Brad was Amazing!! This was the first time that I worked with Brad and it will definitely not be the last. He made going through the process extremely easy and effortless. He was always available via a phone, text or email and provided constant updates through out the process. Brad and Nick Andresen were very professional and patient with the many steps needed to sell my aging parent's home. I was trying to get my Mom's house on the market in order to pay for her Assisted Living/Memory Care. They took the necessary and timely steps to make a successful sale for more than the asking price. Above and beyond the call of duty, they offered names of stores in town that take housewares and furniture as well as the names of accountants that could help me with the possible tax obligations. Brad even offered to help paint inside the home and help move out furniture! I could not ask for more from realtors. I recommend the Brand and Nick Andresen team!
