We worked with Mike to purchase a home in Petaluma and had a great experience. Mike was extremely helpful and patient as we spent about 8 weeks looking for homes across three different areas in North Bay. His experience and professionalism shined through in every interaction we had with him. We've purchased or sold over 10 homes and Mike is by far the best realtor we've worked with.

This is the first review I've written, but after having Michael Gregory as our realtor we couldn't help but share what a positive experience we have had. Over the past few months, we have had the pleasure of working with Michael Gregory as we looked for a home to purchase. As first time home buyers, the process of buying a home was all a new experience. Michael helped the process go seamlessly, ensuring we were getting our needs met every step of the way. Michael repeatedly went over and beyond any expectations we had as being our realtor. He is professional, prompt, and extremely hard working. You can tell he thoroughly enjoys what he does for a living and it reflects in his dedication to his clients. Because of his hard work, we are now living in our dream home and couldn't be happier about our purchase. When my husband and I moved to Sonoma County from out of state, we had no idea how to find a good real estate agent. An acquaintance recommended Michael Gregory, and we couldn't have been happier with his services. Michael is extremely professional, but also easy-going, flexible, and accommodating. He knows the local housing market well and helped us get familiar with the different neighborhoods in Petaluma and surrounding areas. During our search, Michael was always organized, efficient, and responsive when we had questions or wanted to see a house on short notice. He was also patient and did not rush us or make us feel pressured; instead he worked hard to find us the perfect house to buy. We were particularly impressed with Michael's honesty and integrity in a business where, unfortunately, not everyone takes the same ethical approach. We certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and will use his services ourselves if needed again in the future.

Michael helped us find our first home!  We looked at houses for months, sometimes looking at the same house ten times before deciding to move on...  Michael was always available to show us whatever we were interested in.  We bombarded him with questions, phone calls, and demands.  He always responded with answers right away.  Michael also questioned us on what we liked about certain houses, or if we had considered the amount of time and money involved in any kind of remodel we would have to perform.  He guided us the right direction and we found a perfect first home.   All I really have to say is that Michael is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and he was a pleasure to work with!
