I was at party city i bought two balloon time large size tanks one one only blowing 4 balloons and the other one did have anything it didn't blow up any balloons no store manager there the woman had to call the store manager what a joke then they only took back only one tank when I  had my receipt so who is running this store? What a joke I am never coming back again

Let me preface this by saying I've worked customer service for over a decade. If any "higher ups" are seeing this....please put more thought into training employees, and more so, CHOOSING employees. I went to party city for a return in the evening. The store was empty, and a kind employee offered to help me right away. It seemed he was being trained because he needed his superior's login to be able to do the return, and she walked him through it. The only reason I'm giving any stars is because your employee, I believe his name was Robert (tall, mid 30's perhaps, beard)...despite being new (it seemed) he was very polite and accommodating. On the other hand, the female manager should probably find a different profession. She never once looked me in my eyes, came off pretty rude and accusatory...and I ended up reading her your store policy word for word in order to complete my return that she seemingly did not want to even entertain let alone accept. She never once OPENED THE COSTUME I was returning; in my experience in retail, you need to make sure the return is in good condition. She was more concerned with other matters, such as "prove to me the payment method is your card." I showed her a digital receipt, the barcode for return, the card I used to pay, my mailing address on the receipt that matched my payment method, EVEN OFFERED TO SHOW MY BANK STATEMENT for the transaction. She was still hesitant! She never once looked me in the eye, let alone looked up at me. I was planning on returning the costume and getting a new one from party city after, but after that negative experience I'm hesitant to step foot in that store again. Maybe she was having a bad day...but I truly feel bad for the nice man who was training under her. Maybe the DMV would be a better position for her. Very dissatisfied with party city after that interaction. The only saving grace (hence 2 stars instead of 1)  is the customer service from your new employee I mentioned above. I appreciate his help, demeanor, and all around attitude. I hope he doesn't have to deal with that every day. The man already deserves a raise!

It was a wonderful experience shopping here. I really liked how well organized the items were during my visit. The selection of products is amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming
