Encore Events Rentals

Encore rentals helped me organize all of the rental items needed for a large birthday party hosting almost 100 people. It was a large order to say the least and Encore did a spectacular and flawless job of not only putting everything together for us, but also...there was not one missing piece of the delivery items. I want to especially thank Dawnyel, who is such a PRO! Dawnyel, not only knows every inch of Encore's inventory, but she has terrific recommendations and solutions, and she is quick, efficient, and very helpful! We had to modify our order multiple times due to some cancellations and Dawnyel was always available to help us at a moments notice. I researched and met with two other rental companies and almost went with one of them. Then, I found Encore, and Dawnyel, and I knew my search was over--you did a fantastic job! Emily Landrum was absolutely incredible to work with for our October wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. She was professional, helped show us mock ups of different pieces from their catalog and ultimately helped us lock in a design. The Encore team really made our vision come to life and made our special day so beautiful. Thank you!!!

Our experience with Encore Event Rentals was the best from the beginning. Celeste ensured that my husband and Is vision for the wedding was executed with taste and true essence of who we are as a couple. Her knowledge was out of this world and we truly appreciate her so much. She is the best. We also want to thank the Encore team for making the drop-off and pick-up seamless the day of the wedding. It allowed us to truly focus on our wedding day and have the best day! We cannot recommend Encore Event Rentals enough.

My daughter is getting married in June. Last Saturday we had called Encore to see if they had time for us to stop by as we were in the area. They told us we could come in even though we didn't have an appointment and they would do the best that they could to accommodate us. We ended up going to the wrong location. When we arrived, we were told that we must have made the appointment at the Windsor location. Dawnyel was working and said that she would be willing to help us out even though there was a couple there who had an actual appointment. Normally we wouldn't have expected to be catered to, as we had made multiple mistakes, and Saturday is probably their busiest day.  I cannot praise Dawnyel enough for her kindness, knowledge, patience, and beautiful personality. Not only did she treat us like VIPs, but she made us feel so comfortable and took her time, explaining the rental process and showing us the samples they had in the show room, Dawnyel then followed up with us via email after the weekend, and although we completely changed our minds about our entire order... she placed a new order over the phone with us, and again provided us with the best customer service! I later found out that she was leaving for a six day vacation and it was after hours but once again, she was patient, kind and super super helpful. Wish all businesses had a Dawnyel :)
