Shop owner Lili was an absolute delight to work with! She made sure my order (birthday for dear friend) was made with the selection of fruits I preferred. I also ordered the mini chocolate cake with strawberry on top. Both were beautiful and my friend said the fruit was fresh, sweet and yummy while the chocolate cake was beyond delicious! I truly think he was surprised the chocolate cake was so rich and yummy and the whip cream top quality. Clearly made with high quality ingredients. I will definitely go back for more beautiful and delicious gifts for family, friends and clients. I am grateful to have such a quality, customer centric local store and happy to support Lili.

Thank you, Edible, for donating to the LIME Foundation. We got this in a silent auction package and I wasn't familiar with Edible Arrangements. We are now after using the gift card for a nice big arrangement for a family party. Everybody loved it! We'll be back.

I called 2 hours before the time I needed, and it was ready for me to pick up on time!! All the fruit were fresh and delicious! It was a birthday gift for our dear friend. Once opened, we just couldnt resist the beautiful arranged fruit basket, we said we would only take one , but we couldnt help ourself to have more serving! It is guaranteed fresh with the most delicious chocolate dipping I had ever had! Our lovely friend and her family were pleased! It certainly is the top of conversation topic!

What happened to edible arrangements!!?? They used to be so dependable and good service. It's horrible service now!!!! From the time it ordered. To weeks later, I've left two messages of complaints and noone has called me back!!! So disappointing!! I used to order a lot too. I do not like bad service. They've lost my business. Nothing against this Petaluma store!! It's the corporate store I'm complaining about.
