This is such a cool store with great products and lovely staff. Unfortunately the eyebrow shaping I paid 30.00 for left my eyebrows looking lopsided with one side thinned more than the other. I'm not getting an option to post a photo...but I have one . I should have looked at the eyebrow shaping reviews as I can see this isn't their strong suit

I booked a 1 1/2 hr combo Swedish/deep tissue with a gift certificate for my birthday. My masseuse was Kelsey. I can easily say it was the best message I've ever had. I have a pretty tense neck + shoulders, and Kelsey seemed to know exactly where all the sore spots were. Might have been drooling a bit by the end of the appointment. Will definitely be coming back in the future :)

My boyfriend and I both got massages from Regina on Sunday. She was amazing!! She was so strong! She got every knot out. We are definitely going back! The staff is very friendly. The place is clean and they sell all kinds of great stuff.

I have been going to softshell for years and every time is usually pretty great but my experience yesterday was really disappointing. I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment, checked in and was told they would take me back at 4pm (time of my appointment). Around 4:07 the front desk ask my name again and told me they forgot to tell my massage therapist I was here, no worries I get that happens sometimes even though they were not busy I understood. I got taken back at 4:10 with my massage beginning around 4:15 and when I was done I checked the time it was 4:59. So not only did I get taken back late but my massage was also cut about 15 minutes short which was really disappointing. I was late I would have totally understood but being early and then having a mix up happen on their end, they should have made sure I got my full time that I paid for. Massage was good but my massage therapist did come in eating and was smacking her lips for the first 5 minutes of the massage which was also not relaxing so just overall not a great experience.
