If there is always a line for tellers maybe hire more than one teller was my review before branch manager came and solved my issue. Very nice guy helped save the one star review

DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS! If your checking account ever drops below $1500 even for a second they will charge you $12 every time. They will not make it easy to close an account either. You will end up getting transferred to a million different people in different countries explaining yourself over and over and over. Worst customer service and worst experience ever!!!! I recommend redwood credit union or any other credit union for your banking needs. Save yourself the headache!! They are horrible!!

Im a small business owner and just recently decided to open a business account at this branch. Literally the next day I needed help, called for the guy who opened it and he was busy. I was told Id get a call back, and did not. The following day I went into the branch to get help and my account manager was on the phone. A note was passed to him to give me a call when he was free. Nothing. Still no callback. Its about how many accounts per month they have to open. Once your account is open and they get the credit. Nobody at this branch cares. Theyre just trying to make quotas to keep their jobs its a systemic problem that goes all the way to the top.

I am a private client. I called several time last 2 weeks. They never called me back. I totally understand how busy during this time in pandemic. But still , they should respond or at least call back and explain just once.
