I've been a customer of Northbay Automotive for 25 years, with 4 different vehicles (Saturn, Subaru, another Saturn, and Prius) over that time. From basic service and tires to diagnosis and repair of tricky intermittent problems, they have always been great at convenient scheduling, reliable repair and follow-up, and good communication. I also wanted to mention that Northbay Automotive (one word, on the south end of town) is not at all related to the fleeting existence (?) of North Bay Automotive (two words, north end of town) which arrived a few years ago, and proceeded to get bad reviews and confuse people. Stick to the south end of town folks, and you can also enjoy nearby eateries. (Mr. Mom's, Aqus). I realize I'm sounding like the Chamber of Commerce, but I'm not. I'm a neighbor, and am happy to have good businesses in my 'hood.

Excellent service. Although one if my issues of a water leak was unsuccessful, their efforts to try after the second time shows true dedication to resolving my concerns. My other issue was very minor but provided above and beyond service to do additional tasks that would help ensure no future concerns. Im pleased with taking my car here whenever I need help!
