If you're in Pasadena and looking for a yoga studio this is the place! The rooms for practice are spacious and teachers are amazing. Also you can join some classes online if you can't make it to the studio, which for me as a working mom is awesome.

A huge thank you to Lizzie and sound healer Nicole! I'm not sure if they usually do private events, but I had been planning to do a yoga and sound bath session at my birthday, and the original person I hired cancelled last minute. They were able to step in for my event the next day, and save me a ton of stress. Everyone loved Lizzie's yoga class and Nicole's sound healing session. Can't wait to come check out the studio in person soon!

I have found much benefit from attending this studio during my stay in Pasadena . The teaching was exceptionally skillful combining continuous flowing yoga with spiritual insights in a visually pleasing setting. Thank you to Rezu Arletta Sprout Sarah Lizzie and Alex. After a week of daily yoga with qijong and meditation feeling full of good energy. Thank you so much.

This is the first yoga studio I've ever joined. I've been coming in for a few times per week for the last few months, and often times, these sessions are the highlight of my day. All of the instructors "get it" spiritually, and presence is incorporated in the sessions, which is very important to me, and I deeply appreciate it. They are also very beginner-friendly, and no ego is found here, all are welcome. It goes without saying that I will continue joining everyone for practice here.
