I love Ann Taylor and I usually shop online but the few times that I needed to visit the actual store,  the people at the register are not very friendly. They've treated me as if it's such a bother processing a return.   Mind you,I had everything with me.  Receipts, item with tags intact.  She was so rude!   I've gone here twice during the last 2 weeks  and both times (2 different Sales associate) they were not friendly.   No wonder the store is never busy!!

I rushed into Ann Taylor looking for a very specific outfit for an occasion, that was about two hours away. Olivia helped me and was focused and clear with guiding me through. What would be the best for my event. Thanks to Olivia I now have beautiful outfits that will last me many more events to come. Thank you, Olivia!
