I'm a frequent customer of this store, but my latest interaction was worth posting about. I brought my fiancee to the store for the first time (her first Tommy experience!) and a lovely associate, Kaylee, was eager to help. Kaylee had just suffered an acute loss of her voice from earlier in the day, but she managed to help both of us with what we were looking for, as well as joke and communicate the best way she could. Other associates could've easily pawned us off to someone else, but she stepped up-- and made it a great experience for us. Whether the store has what you're looking for or not, it's worth checking in and seeing what's new and what can be shipped to your home (free S/H!).

I rarely write any reviews, but I was looking for a sweater today online and I called in Kailyn was very helpful. The ambiance in store is jovial and immaculate. Thank you for helping me with my order.
