I've been working with Caleb for almost a year now and am appreciate the overall service his company provides.  Not only he is a nice and friendly person, but he also does a great job in managing everything from tenant selection, lease agreements, rent collection, maintenance requests, etc. with efficiency and professionalism.   He is always quick to address tenant concerns and schedule repairs.  I am so thankful to have Caleb taking care of my property!

This company deserves 5 stars for the excellent service it provides.   I found out about this company by words of mouth.  They specialize in property management.  Caleb is quite experienced and has good work ethics.  He always responded with just one phone call even on the weekend.  I have no hesitation recommending this company to any of my friends.
