Very late responses to maintenance requests. Urgent contact info invalid. Do not rent properties managed by this group. It's cheap, but comes along with a lot of stress. Properties are very old and therefore must have good maintenance to keep it livable

IF YOU RENT WITH THEM, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. REGARDLESS OF HOW WELL YOU HAVE TAKEN CARE OF YOUR PLACE, THEY WILL EVEN TRY TO CHARGE YOU ON TOP OF IT. THEY PLAY DUMB AND B.S. YOU BLATANTLY. Scumbag company and scammers. Was renting an apt. and these slum lords bought it during our rental agreement. When we moved in, the place was not in the best condition but the current landlord was cool and said not to worry about losing our deposit. When these lowlifes bought it they took our deposit and tried to charge us for all the new repairs. As an example; we moved in to old worn down plastic framed blinds that are $10 at walmart for the exact same kind. They tried to charge us $100 per new fancy metal framed blinds. They basically tried to charge us for every fault of the apt and tried to upgrade it better than how we even got it. It was an old building and they knew what they were doing when they tried to charge us and acted like we added 30 years of wear and tear to it. Screw these scumbags, I have pics of the B.S. letters from them too.

This company is the most unprofessional one I have experienced. They dont make necessary maintenance of the properties until the tenants tell them they have to. What they are always trying to do is to figure out ways to increase rental fees.

Trevor Barrocas has been a competent, responsive and experienced property manager of Cornerstone R-E Mgmt, who supported us through the difficult period of covid induced disruptions in renting our condo in Pasadena. He is resourceful and provided a full range of services to get the most value out of our code. I strongly recommend Cornerstone to any house owner for real estate management services.
