        Had an amazing Private session today with Kapri. She challenged me, and gave me everything my body needed. Her corrections were helpful with my alignment and helped me with my body awareness. I look forward to taking more sessions in the future. The studio atmosphere was very pleasant, good vibes and instructors!

        During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have found it hard to exercise on my own alone. The Zoom classes offered by Pilates of Pasadena have been wonderful. The time offerings and instructors vary making it easy to select a class. Ive zoomed into classes by Maria, Dorothy, and Mirko. Their classes are challenging and have improved my strength, working all muscles. They combine weights, bands, and mat pilates. These instructors are careful to watch my form and technique and offer adjustments as needed or alter for my particular physical issues. Ive enjoyed seeing my friends from the studio. Additionally, my family and friends are zooming the classes. The price/class is incredible.
