When we walked in there was an older man behind the desk who seemed bothered that we came in. His young worker was nice enough to show us where everything was, but started playing with a butterfly knife as we started to clean our dog. Arent those illegal? And why do that at a dog bath? We had my little cousin who is six, and when he went to look at the dog collars to show us, while we washed our dog, the man stared at him and we just felt like he thought we were going to steal it. He just kept his eyes on us, and it was weird. Ive had people tell me that since its changed ownerships its been weird and not as good, and Ill have to agree. Me and my family will no longer come here and we wont recommend it to anyone
