The owner of the gym and I had a communication conflict and all is well. It was a great gym to work out at very low key and personable and I'm sure the new location will be just as great. They treated me with respect and followed thru with great customer service.

I have be coming to this gym for more than 15 years and it works for me. Recent upgrades to the flooring and some of the equipment have made a difference. There are individual fitness trainers for those who wish to avail of them. The hours are fairly good for most clients and i find the equipment for a balanced exercise workout to be just what I need. The gym is seldom over-crowded and the staff quite helpful and encouraging. A number of the clients are a bit older and we are made to feel welcome - far more than we should be at a large fitness chain facility

I'm a former competitive athlete and have worked out in dozens of gyms spanning both the US and abroad. Phoenix is like coming home. No pretense, no stress, no egos, yet the gym has the high quality equipment that I need. Specifically, the full range of high quality plate weight machines, free weights, racks, a wall of cardio equipment, core training mats and equipment, locker rooms with showers, all at a price that reminds you they're a local gym and not a franchise. As a footnote, because of the physical layout of their corner building, they have nice infrastructure services and businesses, such as massage, chiropractic, yoga, various group classes, and access to trainers if you need them. Also, it's next door to Phoenix pharmacy for OTC or prescriptions, plus Knick Knacks. EZ free parking in the rear. Cheaper than dirt for family memberships. I'm sure this will read as if I work for their marketing department. I'm not. But happy customers are the best salespeople.
