21st Insurance Agency

GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF AN AGENT. I WAITED WELL OVER AN HR ON THE PHONE!! I'm not sure why this company is so expensive. Perhaps because it's owned by Farmers insurance but who knows. I didn't even know that until an agent told me and said someone else is now taking over. Things like this should be disclosed. I don't find that fair to the consumer. I have found a new company for less than half the price and it covers everything I have with 21st. I'll be canceling my policy. Way to expensive and no transparency. To be fair, every agent I've spoken to has been kind and professional.
