        I Called PASC today to Ask for Provider list for My Elderly Parents ....Clerk by the Name of "SORAYA" answered my call and was EXTREMELY RUDE , UNPROFFESIONAL, Answered wit Bad Attitude with Dismissive Tone, Completely Unhelpful , and Hung up on me. When I called back she answered again In which I asked why she was being so rude ?She once again had A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND SAID "OMG" and hung up on me again! This is Unacceptable.. they are there to help the Elderly , Not give a Complicated way of Being.I feel if they DONT Enjoy their work ..They should look for Another Job! This is giving PASC a BAD OUTLOOK ON THEIR ASSISTANCE...
