        Great experience with this company building an ADU in our backyard. We had Alexis and Lesly helping us out along the way, who were very helpful in explains all parts of the process and answering any questions we had. Another aspect we appreciated was meeting with the owners at the end who wanted a detailed in person review of their performance.

        Waste of Time. This company will take you seriously if you have ready a DEPOSIT other than that he will say shop around and call us when you are ready because we ONLY do verbal ESTIMATE !!! This company delivered a poor customers satisfaction as they spoke on customer. Unfortunate, they waste my time of not being specific of how they give or handle an estimate. If you contact them make sure to ask very specific questions because it will be same scenario at the end.

      Hello,We looked at our onsite appointments and there is no record of a Vlad. M.R Design & Build is a company that prides itself in being transparent as possible with potential clients. Our contractors come out to give free on-site estimates and we follow protocol as we are trying to give people the opportunity to find the right fit for them.
