We recently remodeled our restaurant in Laguna Beach, and I have no hesitation in recommending Twenty Seven Builder to anyone who needs construction work in any type. Ethan, the general contractor, was very easy to work with, and he is probably the only contractor I have ever met who tried his best to respond to my questions in a timely and professional manner. He turned our restaurant into a beautiful cafe within the tight budget allocated. He also seems to focus on maintaining the relationship with the client and putting the clients best interest first. I wish to continue to work with him in our future projects.

I hired Ethan to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. I approached Ethan with the idea of changing my galley kitchen to an inviting, open-concept space that would be cozy and perfect for entertaining. I was unbelievably impressed by Ethan's professionalism and personability throughout the entire process. The lead time ended up being significantly shorter than initially estimated because Ethan is passionate about his craft and equally proactive about ensuring the job gets done correctly. Without hesitation, I recommend Twenty7 Builders to anyone looking to get into construction or renovation for commercial or residential properties. I met with several GC's for my project, and even though I didn't need a builder I went with Ethan because he immediately stood out. Ethan has an eye for practical construction and knows how to solve problems. His background in architecture shines through on all his jobs. In moments, he comes up with modern solutions to any problem that are far superior to any of his competitors. His subcontractors are all so nice and hard working and reliable, I just don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Renovating is incredibly stressful, but Ethan provided professional guidance from start to finish in my master suite renovation project and did not flinch when I asked him to expand work to repairs on electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, and painting of the entire home. He can do anything, and that peace of mind is everything when you are going through something as stressful as a build or renovation. By the end of the project, he was like family. His prices are fair, he is always on time, his people do a fantastic job, and his end product is exactly what was promised. I am so grateful he took on my project and would whole heartily encourage anyone to contract with him.
