Love Hearing Services

I am already established with audiologists in two states. However, one of my Oticon hearing aids was not functioning because it needed a new wax guard, and I didn't want to unnecessarily be without the use of it.  I also needed another type of supply for my hearing aids. Oticon's website gave me some local options and, as luck would have it, the nearest location was Dr. Julia Shih's practice and they had what I needed in stock. Within about an hour of calling them, I was back to full (assisted) hearing! From my first contact to my leaving her office, I found her practice very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Dr, Shih took care that not only did I receive exactly what I needed but also that I fully understood everything involved. I left feeling that they were on my team, and I would definitely call on them again, as the need arises.  Thank you Dr. Shih and her able assistant Emily!

I've been a patient of Julia's for 10+ years for genetic hearing loss. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She helped me find a type of hearing aid (Lyric by Phonak) that works wonderfully without the background noise problem.

Dr. Julia Is a wonderful, amazing and life changing to me. I am a patient for over 10years and plus, super happy that I met her in my life. I remember how hard it  was for me in the beginning. Very difficult and stressful for me to hear and understand a word. Now, it is very simple for me. I enjoy life, never ever felt bad with talking to new people and made a lot of friends. Most importantly, I am a happy father with two daughters. God bless, Dr. Julia and I recommend to all those from newborn to elderly to visit Dr. Julia for a help with hard hearing or any difficulty with hearing.

This office is an absolute mess. They don't even use electronic medical records. Paper charts and papers everywhere. The office feels like a maze and each room is a complete messy and disorganized disaster. It's no surprise they tried to claim we didn't return ONE hearing aid and sent us to collections. Why would anyone keep ONE hearing aid ? Especially since they provided us the WRONG pair to begin with?? It was the fourth pair of hearing aids we went through with their office. Absolutely ridiculous. We went to another office and got something that worked right away. Wish we never came here to begin with. Please reconsider coming to this money hungry office that is incapable of providing care in their own specialty.
