I didn't feel as thought my hearing aids were working properly so I got a same day appointment.  I had a very short wait and the problem was corrected in a few minutes.  I was pleased with the service

Very friendly and efficient office. I only needed to have impressions made, but they were quick and thorough. I wouldHighly recommend.

Simply pathetic. Didn't even have the exam. I arrived the requested 10 minutes early, filled out the forms to the sound of the unmasked, noticeably sick and coughing receptionist, and proceeded to wait in the dark, closet sized waiting room for more than a half hour. I asked the receptionist if things were running kind of late at which time she told me the doctor wasn't even there yet and she didn't even know when she would be arriving - she was stuck in traffic. Clearly the receptionist should have made that clear to me. Because I didn't have an entire day to sit and wait and get sick, I left. And here's one more reason to never go to this place... I just called back, and the receptionist lied and lied. I asked if the doctor had ever arrived. She said no, she called in sick. While I was still in the office, she told me the doctor was stuck in traffic. I asked why she hadn't informed me when I arrived that the doctor was not there and there would be a wait and she had the nerved to tell me that she did inform me. Simply pathetic.
