Everything But Water

I came in the morning with my sister to do some shopping and the woman inside looked at us angrily and didnt even greet us. My sister asked to try on a swimsuit and the woman just ignored her. My sister asked again, and the woman looked at us super annoyed and said yes in a very rude tone and didnt bother showing her to a fitting room. Id avoid shopping here unless you want to deal with a nasty attitude. This woman is clearly unhappy with her life and doesnt care about paying customers. If you take a look at the other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue.

Avoid. Real bad customer service. Ordered something on a Wednesday with next day air. It's Saturday and it still hasn't shipped. Why let someone spend money on next day delivery if you aren't going to ship it in a timely fashion? I've emailed twice about it and all I've received are canned, borderline insulting responses.

My girlfriend and I experienced blatant racism and size discrimination during our visit. One staff member acted inappropriately, made derogatory comments, and unfairly refused us service that others received. This unacceptable behavior left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The store urgently needs to address this issue.

I purchased one of their bathing suits, one piece reversible, paid closed to $150 thinking I am buying a good quality piece of clothing. I was incorrect, the first time in the pool the bathing suit stained, lost its color completely, the original color is changed from light blue to stained gray. The store did not allow us to refund or exchange. The quality is awful. Let alone the customer service is pretty terrible as well, I went to their Palo Alto store and the sales lady was on her cell phone and slammed the door on me and my daughter saying oh we are closed we are closed!!! We wondered why closed? yes closed in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, standford security was kind to help us check and they told us they had a plumbing issue. They later put a sign on the door. 1 star is very kind actually for the treatment and quality of clothing
