Selling a house that has been our family home for 50 years would never be easy, but everyone at DeLeon was superb. Our agent, Audrey Sun, was extremely professional at every turn, but also so kind and cognizant that to me, this was not just a house for sale. It was a special place and mattered a great deal to me. She made the process so seamless and was always available to us in a way that I had not experienced from previous home sales. I absolutely would not hesitate to use them again. I will be referring everyone I can to DeLeon in the future.

I was skeptical of all realtors prior to my engagement with Michael and his team. We had tried selling our house with other brokers and were unsuccessful. The only type of engagement I received from former brokers was anxiety-laden empty fast talking. No solutions were presented and no leadership was offered. Then came the DeLeon team. From start to finish each and every team member delivered thoughtful and direct advice. All DeLeon team members were always available, including Michael. Highly recommend the DeLeon team. Very impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism. Audrey (agent), Nitasha (designer), and team were responsive and did a phenomenal job in making sure the house was ready to sell. The end result looked amazing. The whole process was seamless and quickly done. No detail was too small for them.
