Julie is not only highly knowledge about the real estate market in the bay area, but also has her clients' best interests at heart. She provided not just information about the house we were bidding on, but historical bids of the surrounding area and also would be frank about concerns about valuation of the house and overbidding when necessary to ensure the home we purchased at the end of the 6 month shopping time was the best house possible at a fair price. She is extremely responsive and is a great guide throughout the home buying process!

I would highly recommend Julie as a real estate representative in the bay area. My brother and I bought our first house recently, which was a five months long process. Julie has a lot of local knowledge and experience in this process for sure. But above all, she was really patient, helpful, and responsive during the whole process. I also appreciated how she looked out for our best interest even during these crazy market times.

We found Julie just thru Google search engine and public reviews and it turned out we made the right decision to have her as our realtor for house hunting in Palo Alto. We only had one weekend to search house due to coast to coast move and the school deadline ( you don't have house address by certain date, your kids are not going to the school), she spent close to 10 hours in one Sat day to drive us around, I was dead tired, but she is not, so impressed by her dedication..
