We chose Learning Links Palo Alto for our child for the overall quality and care of the staff. When we went on the tour it was eye opening to see the different programs they offer here on site. The best part about Learning Links is the interactions on a daily basis. My son's having an awesome time. I would tell another parent that I highly recommend Learning Links Palo Alto.

Amazing staff, amazing teachers, amazing environment. We started with the 2 year old program with Teacher Rebecca (one of the best). After COVID-19 pandemic we continued with the pre-K program with teacher Colleen ( one of the sweetest) . Other members, teachers, helpers and administrative team are unbelievably helpful, kind, responsive and hard worker . We highly recommend this place for young children.

I've struggled to find recent reviews of this daycare as I was looking for a warm and caring place for my child back in December 2021. Hopefully our experience helps other parents to decide whether this place is a good fit for their kids.I unfortunately cannot recommend LL Palo Alto if you are looking for warm and caring environment. We signed our kid up as we liked their shiny new facility (we were only allowed a virtual tour then, even though many other daycare centers resumed their in-person tours by then). The administration here loves making rules for the sake of having rules. My child spent 1 month (January 2022) at LL PA and we all were dreading each day of coming in here. Even though technically he went there for 2 weeks only as they closed down for 2 weeks because they didn't have enough teachers (due to Covid as they explained). They don't have enough "in-house" teachers in general - most of the days there were random people from the staffing agency they are connected to. It's very important but not possible for a child to emotionally connect with teachers if they are different people all the time. The place has a very "institutional" feel. They are very strict at following rules and schedule and this was probably the hardest part for our child. He thrives in the environment where he's allowed to focus on his own project, finish his food at his own pace etc. And the teacher there literally took a fruit, half-peeled out of his hands because it's exactly the time they have to start their 2-hour long nap. This happened on his first day in the center, which as you can imagine is a stressful time for any kid. Both the center director and the teacher got defensive when we asked if this was really a necessary thing to do, saying that they have to follow schedule. And a nap for 4 y.o. kids is really 2 hours long here. Kids are supposed to lay down in darkness, no matter if they tired or not. Please consider this if you have a kid who no longer naps - this time would be a torture each day. They are an inclusive center and the very restrictive environment could probably work for some kids who need such a rigid structure, I don't know. From our experience their values of what matters for kids emotional development are off.Every day someone there was crying in the morning. Every day our kid was begging us to allow him to stay home today. I have to mention that was not his first daycare experience and he had no problem like this before or after LL PA.We felt an instant relief as we decided to leave this place, sacrificing a significant tuition amount. Our kid is happy and loves going to his new daycare now.

Our daughter went to Milestones from 2014-2017 as one of "none-special needs" children there. It was such a wonderful place and a nurturing environment. She was bilingual and really shy at the beginning but soon become very happy and out-spoken after attending Milestones. It was one of the most memorable experiences we had living in the bay area.
