My daughter has been in both the infant daycare and the preschool and has received amazing care in both places. They have taught her so much and made sure that she is happy to be there every day. Andrea and JR have been wonderful with her and she genuinely loves them. They are patient, engaging, and really have learned who she is and how to interact with her in a way that helped her self esteem and love for learning blossom. I am so sad to be moving away. I have felt so secure in her care while she was here. Thank you guys for everything.

I love this place, but more importantly my little man does. We've been in the infant and toddler rooms, and have received excellent care in each. The staff is wonderful, they teach the kiddos so much and are even helping my toddler learn to eat. The facility is great too, lots of play space that is kept tidy and a nice playground outside as well! They do arts and crafts and take group pictures too, just adorable!

It's hard to put into words what this place  meant to us for the five and a half years we attended (2013-2019). Both our  kids were at Lilliput until kindergarten- the oldest from age two, the second from birth. Both grew up in that time  to be thoughtful , curious, creative, confident,  and --most importantly--independent thinkers, guided by consistent teachers who knew them personally and treated them as individuals whose  voices and ideas matter. I had infinite trust in JR and Vicky- I felt like I was leaving my kids with family. We found that at Lilliput, the adults modeled behavior that our kids have gone on to value on their own- almost as if by osmosis: a love of reading, attention to detail, appreciation for writing and critical thinking, an interest in and sensitivity to languages, a respect for others. As a result, reading  and writing were skills my kids acquired organically, alongside a willingness to try new things, and a curiosity about the world around them. The fact that they left  prepared for kindergarten was a side benefit of the many other values and sensitivities they picked up in this intimate mixed age environment. We couldn't  have asked for more.

So grateful to have found Liliput and the welcoming team of Vicki and JR. We moved to Palo Alto from Massachusetts in the winter when most schools for toddlers were full and we found spaces for our two children (18 months and three at the time) at Liliput. Our kids felt so at home in this intimate and supportive environment. They made such great friends with their schoolmates and came home with tons of creative projects and artwork. Highly recommend!
