        Four [now eight] years and counting: Every month paid on time. Minimal maintenance requests. Always notify them of facility issues (entry door to building fell off its hinges). No music and no bass. No smelly food. No trash. Near perfect renter. There are lots of silverfish -- but I like them. When they get trapped in the tub I scoop them out like a Buddist would and put them back outside. I would not want pesticides sprayed anyways.
