"A beautiful parenthesis of life in a unique setting".. 50/60's atmosphere in the mid-Century, at the foot of the immense rocky mountain which crushes us with its presence every morning.. palm trees, a beautiful swimming pool, a cozy, warm, neat, vintage atmosphere, a charming hotel only for adults in order to preserve serenity and tranquility, a great moment of relaxation a stone's throw from the city center, with lots of attention from the very professional staff, attentive and helpful, multiple services, from unlimited hot drinks, to the evening aperitif, or cold soft drinks all day long with yogurt or fruit in self-service service, free bikes for a ride in this wonderful city, which is an open-air mid-century museum This hotel is worth the detour to spend a few nights, between tranquility and proximity to the festivities in the heart of the city. The room we had was very cute, but a little too small for two, with a Queen size bed, other rooms available with King, and direct access to the pool On the other hand, the patio in the shade must be a real gem in the middle of summer, when the temperature is close to 50... Beware of the error made by some tour operators who specify a free breakfast, which is a typing error. But on the other hand, fresh coffee/tea every morning is available to customers... A very nice experience that I do not regret and that I recommend.. Not to be missed as an experience if you are passing through the Palm Spring and Joshua Tree region.

Great location, even better staff. The hotel is at a central part of town and you can walk to tons of shops and restaurants. Brian the manager is super nice and friendly, a true gem. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely authentic mid-century modern enclave of peace and quiet. Genuine customer care and Orbitini Hour is the rage. Walking distance to all is the icing on the cake.

Outstanding hospitality, style and location. The hotel has original 1950s rooms, bar and pool all at the foot of a mountain surrounded by palm trees - it sets the perfect tone for a mid century themed getaway. My wife and I arrived just in time for Orbitini hour with the other guests, many of which have been repeat customers for years. It was the best hospitality experience we've had all vacation, we felt like we were being featured in a slim Aaron's photo! After cocktail hour it was a short walk to the bars and restaurants on the main street followed by an evening swim in the pool and soak in the jacuzzi back at the hotel. We'll definitely stay here again!
