This establishment had the audacity to charge rates that would make even luxury resorts blush, yet failed spectacularly to deliver even the most basic level of comfort and service. It's highway robbery disguised as hospitality. Sadly, when I checked prices knowing it would probably make me angry, it did - for some reason prices plummeted $100 cheaper. But I digress, first, it's dated. Second my room looked out to an Applebee's parking lot. The pice de rsistance of disappointment was the closure of their restaurant. This was the sole reason I chose this hotel because it had a restaraunt option but no it was closed because they didn't have enough staff. How is this my problem? No warning, no alternative dining options provided, just a gaping void where my dinner plans should have been. There is a fridge but no microwave for the leftovers I was going to eat in lieu of their bistro being closed. I will never be staying here again.

Firstly, I discovered black mold on the shower ledge in my room, a clear health hazard that should never be present in any guest accommodations. Additionally, a noticeable coffee stain in the elevator remained uncleaned from the time of my check-in, suggesting a lapse in the maintenance routine that is concerning. As a loyal Marriott member I am disheartened by this experience and feel compelled to ensure that these issues are addressed promptly to prevent future guests from facing similar disappointments.

I truly stayed at this location frequently but this last time was awful. Front Desk Agents, Christina and Aurora are nice butI checked in and found dirty towels and linen. I called the front desk and both were changed out. I wanted to discuss with management and was advised I would be able to speak Brianna the next morning at 8am. I went to the front desk the next morning and was told that I would be speaking with Luis who was set to arrive at 10am. I left and called for Luis and was told he wanted to speak to me in person. Why do I need to speak with the manager in person? My complaints were legitimate. Why does the manager need to see me in person? I did eventually speak with Luis in person who spoke to me in the middle of the lobby floor where guest were walking by. Luis started the conversation saying he knew where I worked, knew my position and knew a lot of employees at my job including managers. Luis went on and on about hospitality and what can and cannot happen in hospitality. He told me I was new in my position at my place of employment and asked me how long Id been there. Once he finished harassing me about my job and telling me about my hotel room being located on the first floor instead of the 3rd floor I finally advised him that my complaints had to do with the dirty towels and dirty linen and that he needed to separate my line of work with my complaints of dirty towels and linen. He yelled to Brianna to bring the linen from his office and proceeded to tell me that the linen was not dirty and he found nothing. I asked him to spread it out on the floor and look at it and I advised him that I took pictures. Luis said that the Front Desk Agent, Christina told him she didnt see anything dirty when she came to change the towels and the linen which is a FLAT LIE. He didnt touch the linen but told me that next time I check into my room they would send someone to inspect it while Im in it. This is the worst foolishness ever. Luis is insulting, basically threatening talking about my job and who he knows at my job. Worst manager ever. What a complete embarrassment to have someone speak to guest like this. If anyone at my job even mentions anything to me about my stay I will know it was the manager Luis who disclosed my personal information.
