To whoever is reading this, I just want to say we were extremely satisfied with the care "Heaven Heights" has provided my grandad during his battle with alzheimer's/dementia up until his final breath. They were very attentive and kept him at peace during their time working with with him. The caregivers working with him were Lesly, Evelyn, Lidia and Tammy. Thank you for everything!

We have used Heaven Heights in the past and again recently to help out with my grandmother. Over the years, HH has proven to be consistently wonderful from the office staff to the caregivers. Most recently, my grandmother had an outstanding caregiver, Vicky who helped her around the home while I was at work and provided wonderful companionship following a recent hospital stay. My grandmother found the conversation and time spent not only helpful, but enjoyable. The HH team is warm, friendly, efficient, and trustworthy

I strongly urge you to go elsewhere for aftercare. I hired a caregiver to help me for post op care, and she was not qualified to handle anything to do with post op. She was hired for 2 overnights, light cooking, and driving to appointments. She did not check on me, allowed drains to fall out, and generally seemed confused and overwhelmed. Both the agency and the caregiver were dishonest about her previous experience. I ended up with an post op infection due to her negligence.
