I am happy to post a positive review for the home care assistance we have been provided by The Key. Three wonderful ladies, Jessica Vaconi, Irish ONeil, and Maria Meza took turns in providing night help for my husband, Ian, and peace of mind for mel. They were always on time and treated Ian with respect and dignity. The only clich we experienced was a breakdown on 2 occasions of a scheduling communication with Janetta Rhodes in the main office, but neither interfered with the excellent care The Key provided.I would highly recommend The Key to others for compassionate and excellent home care. My employer is an excellent company to work for. They go out of their way to keep you working.the office crew are very professional. They're courteous and very helpful.Michael Janetta and Andrea are always there to help when you have any questions. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for care. Thank you.

The staff was very professional and caring. The office staffing personal were accommodating and filled every void and unanticipated absences. I would recommend the KEY without reservation

The caregivers provided by TheKey saved my (92yo) fathers vacation to Palm Springs. The caregiver he brought from St. Louis had a health issue, so with no advance notice, we needed caregivers for 24 hour care. In three hours, TheKey provided caregivers (Olga and Jay) who were wonderful. Both immediately connected with my father, and were attentive, professional, and hard working. I would absolutely recommend TheKey for anyone who requires caregivers.
