I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Suncrest Hospice. Everyone I worked with, from the intake nurse, visiting nurses, and call line nurses and nurses aides-everyone was kind, caring, concerned, well trained calming and professional. They took away all of the difficult details from start to finish, and let the family concentrate on caring for Mom. Mom died with the dignity she deserved and at home, just like she always wanted. I will never forget the care received from Miriam and her team of professionals. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are looking for hospice for a loved one, with excellent care and experienced people to handle the paperwork, my family highly recommends Suncrest Hospice Care. My Dad originally talked to Suncrest about caring for my mom when it came time to bring her home from the Skilled Nursing Facility where she resided. He was very confident in their services and relationship with a home health company to provide other home-based services she would need. When it was clear that she needed 24/7 care in a facility, Suncrest was able to work with us to provide hospice care bedside in the nursing home, even with challenging Covid requirements. Suncrest understood the rules under Medicare and was able to work with facility staff to coordinate her care between facility and hospice staff. They gave great support for my Dad as well. We are grateful to our care coordinator Kala and Director of Nursing Rolina for ensuring that everything was set up correctly and keeping those of that live out of state up-to-date. Thank you to Sandra for keeping her beautiful and to her nurses who were there every day. Thank you Sarah and Get for being there with her in the final hours until she was finally at rest. Hospice is a godsend - may other families benefit from working with Suncrest to care for their loved one when they need a caring and capable hand.
