I have a partner with dementia. Sheridan was my primary respite care. I worked with Melissa who was always willing to help and get me people that were compatible with my partner. Have 7 day per week staff but staff keeps leaving us every Sunday but one.  We need our staff but Sheridan is unrealible.  We have long term care and we are not receiving our payments weekly which we are supposed to.

Sheridan has been stellar in their response to setting up home care for my 98 year old mother.  Anthony came out to do all the preliminary sign up.  He is extremely personable and very efficient and thorough.  He dealt with our insurance company and made sure that all went smoothly.  There is a 24/7 phone number and Melissa is great about returning calls promptly.  The caregivers they have sent out are capable and delightful to be with.  I highly recommend Sheridan for your care.
