Pacific Premier Bank

On three separate occasions in the last month I walked into the Fred Warring branch to make simple cash deposits and found only one teller working and after waiting about 15 min. as the line was getting longer behind me I left and went to the only drive through they now have in the valley and made the deposit. It's a shame PPB has progressively gotten worse over the last few years it was a great bank with 5 locations and great service just like Canyon Bank was when they took it over.PS: I am not blaming the tellers this is a management issue.

My favorite bank in the valley. Working graveyard it's hard to be in and out of most places but here I'm able handled what's needed and back on the road less than ten minutes.Never long lines.beautifully staffed. Any issues taken care of immediately. Thanks for everything

Love this bank. The service here vs the big 5 isnt even close. Well staffed with short lines if any. Whenever there is an issue I get a courtesy call. Nikki always with a great smile helps me out with any thing I need. I would recommend this bank to anyone for personal and business banking.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I spoke to Brandy already but I wanted to make sure my voice is heard best bank ever. I have banking for 45 years and this is the best bank and branch ever. Thank you Fred Warning staff
