Oil Changers & Car Wash

Unfortunately, my battery died while in line for an oil change. The attendants were so helpful in getting the battery jumped and I was able to have the oil changed after all. They went above and beyond.

The guys were knowledgeable and efficient. They help me with resetting my dashboard, and they also were able to use an old discount that I had forgotten that I could use. They are my go to oil changers for my entire fleet of trucks.

I came here expecting good service, but please beware of a guy named William. I went here to get my engine oil and oil filter change, and I was very polite to the staff. But when I saw the guy pumping air on my tires, I asked him politely if he could return the tire cap back on the tires since I could see him holding a few tire caps on his hand. He then told me that he already did and that the tire caps he had were from previous cars that he forgot to put back. Later, when I got home, I was surprised that all the caps for my tires were all missing, and I had to drive all the way back from Sacramento to San bruno just to get them back. His co worker apologize on his behalf and said he has a bad habit of collecting tire caps for fun, so he gave me all the tire caps his been collecting and told me to grab whatever is mine. I know this might be petty for a few people, but for some people who take good care of their car, this is one bad joke. Hope they do better next time.
