This was my first time even entering into a CarMax. I went in to sell my car after completing an online quote. I was a little apprehensive to believe that they'd actually give me my offer. I thought it was a ploy to get you in the door to start the process to be honest. I was wrong though! The appraisal was fairly quick and the offer stood! It was much easier than having to sort through all the spam emails and calls I was getting from my private listings. I would definitely sell here again.

Dave Holt the store manger at Carmax Oxnard, shouldnt be working there as he gives Carmax a bad name. He wont take a customers phone call, he allows his employees to run credit reports without signed authorization. And he out right lies! Dont trust Carmax in Oxnard, youll be sorry

I am so pleased by the personal service I received from Terri, my carmax agent. She was caring and efficient and knowledgeable and never made me feel that what wanted didn't matter to her. She was always willing to show me anything I asked for. I test drive 2 really nice Suvs. And unable to decide She never rushed me, but what she did do was let me know the pros and cons on each. So thanks, carmax, for having people like Terri that care. I did choose a nice car I'm happy with.

Amazing experience! Unbelievably efficient. I was in and out and under an hour, which was absolutely outstanding. Kudos to the team and look forward to using Carmax services again.
