Such a great experience with Josh and Dollar Car Rental, it's a family owned business and I appreciated how attentive and great customer service josh offer. Thank you so much and I appreciate the hard work you put into this business, very positive and great experience overall, I highly recommend them, don't go to any other competitor next door they are all terrible, only deal with Dollar Car Rental.

I loved this place it was very convenient and they had great hospitality while we waited to be seen.. the car was washed and very clean even upgraded to a luxury van I was really impressed for the price. I will be returning for our summer vacation.

I cannot say enough good things about this place truly. Ive been renting from these guys for about 4 or 5 years now, only these guys. Theres a reason for that, they care! They really, really care and are ALWAYS willing to work with me. Sai is amazing as he's the one I usually deal with, with that said.....his brother is incredibly kind and wonderful as well, just like Sai. They not only treat me like a friend, but like a family member. How many businesses can you say that about? These guys I trust, these guys have integrity. If you are looking for a great place that you can trust, look no further. Dollar Rental is where its at. :))

This location was a lifesaver. I'm military and I'm moving to Hawaii, I had to sell a car in Oxnard 4 days before leaving. It's a 2 hour drive from home, so I set up a rental with budget. The sale took a little longer than expected, arrived at the rental location via Uber to find that budget closed 20 minutes prior. Luckily, despite being closed at the same time, the guys 2 doors down at dollar said they could help me. They got me a last minute one way to Santa Maria for $80 less than budget, and were super nice and helpful the entire time. I cannot recommend them enough, just fantastic service and general good nature. Thanks to the both of you, you saved my day.
