I bought a home in a new build community. While the home was being built, I'd come visit and see other homes in the community that were already finished. I noticed shutters on one of the finished homes and as soon as I moved in, I went straight to that neighbor's home and asked for who did their shutters.
Omar came out and gave me an estimate. Responsive, easy to schedule. He was timely, polite, gave me all the options (although I was pretty set on the shutters) and honest opinions/suggestions. I eventually decided to go with his company and I couldn't be happier. They look amazing!
Installation was about 3 weeks later I believe? My installers were Moses and Charlie. They also were prompt and SO nice. There were some imperfections on the shutters (nothing major/fairly minor) and when I pointed the issues out, I LOVED how nice they were to me about it. You know how sometimes you tell someone something is wrong and they give you an attitude or an excuse? Not these guys. "Sure, no problem!" and fixed the minor complaints seamlessly. They even installed the bar for my sliding door curtains, which I really appreciated.
Great work and great customer service and fair pricing. 10/10
