We finally were able to replace our old shades. After much research, we ended up going with A Plus Shutters. They were professional and did a great job installing our new window shutters. Highly recommend them.

It has been one year since Aplus installed shutters on all the windows of my home. There has not been a single issue and the longer I live with these shutters the more I appreciate them. Consultation, installation, and long term use have all been outstanding.I found out via conversations with others that the cost I paid was much better value compared to other services. Also the many complements received over the shutters by guests have been nice to hear.I highly recommend this service.

Daniel was great! He was very responsive and helpful. He also gave us great suggestions. His guys were early and installed everything perfectly. All the shutters and rollers were great!

I can not express how happy I am with their customer service and them standing behind their work.We contacted few vendors as were looking for shutters for 13 of our windows.They were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We sent measurements for budgetary numbers to all vendors and once we chose APlus, we asked them to bring samples. Jen came with various options and collected all measurements. She was really helpful. They said it will take 6 to 8 weeks.On the delivery date, the installers showed up on time wearing their masks and covered the entire floor where the installations will take place. Once they finished, they cleaned up NICELY and left all areas they touched spotless.Couple weeks later, we noticed that one of those odd shape window which was a full circle had its louvre not aligned with the windows grid. It was not a big deal but it was annoying every time we looked at it.I decided to call Jen again and send her photos to better explain it. She asked of she can get back to me later as they were a little busy with labor shortage due to COVID. A week later, Jen called and asked if the crew can come back the following week to see what they can do. I said that will be great.They showed up this morning and they removed it completely and reinstalled and made us all happy. Thank you APlus Shutters team.
