Customer service is not the best here. Had my car for over 1:45 hr. For a simple oil change. And only two ppl were a head of me.

These people are a breath of fresh air. I am sure everyone has experienced that feeling that you need to hold on to your wallet when talking to a mechanics. Ryan was straightforward, clear and fair. Christopher did a fantastic job on my car. I can't see myself going to anyone else if I need work on my car.

Beware bait and switch tactics used at this business!
Called in earlier today got a quote for $116 to mount and balance 4 wheels and tires drove to the location and I get a quote for $200+ dollars. Manager refused to discount or honor the quoted price, bad business will never used them again because they refuse to honor their word. Waste of time. Got it done elsewhere for $100.

Les Schwab Tire Center is still the best place for tire services! Good tire selection and prices. Their online appointment system works perfectly. Waiting time is also quoted so you know how long you would need to wait in the waiting room (very clean and comfortable waiting room). They normally would beat the promised waiting time, I Highly recommend Les Schwab Tire center.

Love this company. Honest and fair. Totally transparent. Not to many companies like this anymore ..nice to see a company that has values.
