I own a professional printer which I use for my Income Tax practice.
At the beginning of this year's Tax Seasons my printer started to get jam, I assumed the rollers could be worn out since I have own the printer for several years now.
I called several places but they never returned my calls.
I was ready to buy a new one when I received a message from Norman whom offered to come by my office and take a look at it.
He came by the next business day and determined the rollers were worn out as I suspected, he went to get new ones and returned in about an hour, replaced the rollers cleaned the machine an in less than an hour it was working just fine again!
He was friendly and knowledgeable and most important honest and very reasonable, for a fraction of what I would of had to pay for a new printer, I have my "old one" just like new again.
I highly recommend him.
