Trinity Medical Clinic

Really just terrible. I leave voicemails and they don't call back. It seems like a 50/50 chance they'll do the things you need them to. The whole vibe is lazy. While they do fill prescriptions and stuff. It feels like pulling teeth to even get them on the phone. I've left countless voicemails been on hold for too long (with Hold music that has intermittent high pitched screeches that'll feel like they'll make you ears bleed.) I've had enough of these people honestly. I've had a lot of mediocre medical practitioners who weren't perfect but get the job done. And these aren't one of them .

The new staff is horrible, no one ever calls back, no one ever answers, calls go to voice mail, my pharmacy keeps sending requests and no one ever gets back to the pharmacy. Only person I know does her job well is Corazn, I miss her!

Ive always had experiences with doctors where I didnt feel heard and you took your time and helped me get ahold of my health without judgement. You have no idea how happy I was with your care! Cant wait to show you the progress Ive made next month!

The receptionist is NEVER helpful!! She puts you on hold forever. Its so frustrating. Im there to help my mom get her medical needs . Shes of age and cant do things for herself !! I never complain but this happens every time I need help for my mom ! Disappointed!!!!

I received a call from a physician from this office with false information due to them moving files to the computer. The false information was a serious matter and scared myself and my family. I later received a call days later from this office apologizing for the false information. Today i returned to the office and was hoping this experience was going to be better from last visit and it was NOT! As I entered the office it smelled like urine. I sat in the waiting area the chairs smelled so bad like urine so I decided to stand and wait to be called. I see all new staff and a new doctor. As usual some of my records are not to be found so the doctor stated she has requested my files. I will not be returning to this office and have requested for a new physician. I really hope this office gets better for future patients.
