I stayed in the Ontario Airport Inn April 4, 2024 I am going to try and cover all of the things that I was thinking about when I was looking for hotel When I went to check in, they found my reservation and I was checked in quickly. I had occasion to talk to two different people behind the front desk, they were both efficient and courteous. They have a security guard that roams the property. I got lost while I was trying to find my room, and the security guard noticed me wandering around, he was very helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. He was friendly and very helpful and he walked with me until he was sure that I had my bearings and I knew where my room was. I had a single room with a king size bed. The room is about an average size for a hotel room, maybe a little larger. The king size bed was on the firm side, and I found it to be very comfortable. All of the bedding was clean and in good condition. The room had a good size closet. Overall the room was clean and orderly. There was no mildew in the bathroom. The room smelled ok, there was no odors from smoke or anything else. The air conditioning worked well and the room was comfortable the entire time I was there. They have a room service menu that appears to have food supplied by some delivery service. Theres a pretty good selection of food, and prices that are much less expensive that you would expect for room service. I didnt actually order anything so I cant comment on the food. The room also had a microwave, a refrigerator, with a separate freezer that actually worked! I cant comment on the TV, because I didnt watch it. However it was a big TV and it looked nice I did not see a bug or evidence of a bug the entire time I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely marvelous. Breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patty, turkey sausage links, and bacon were on the steam table. They also had a machine to make large waffles and small waffles, instant oatmeal, two kinds of fruit, muffins and bagels. They also had fruit juices, and coffee. The majority of the parking lot has controlled access. So you have to have hotel room key card in order to enter the parking area. Parking is free! That as a shock for California hotel. At no time in afternoon when I arrived or in the morning I departed did I see any people loitering on the property. I found this hotel on the Internet, and I could not find my usual chain hotel, close to the Ontario airport so I chose the Ontario airport Inn. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations and was cheaper than my usual chain hotel. My final comment was on one of the things that worried me the most. The Hotel charges a $50 security deposit in case you damage the room, or smoke in the room. I was concerned about getting that damage deposit back. It took about three days, and then they remove the charge for the damage deposit from my credit card. Since I got my damage deposit back, there is absolutely no reason why I will not stay in this hotel the next time I am in the area. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need to go to the Ontario airport.

My go to hotel when I just wanna be alone in a nice well kept environment, the grounds are always well kept, the beds are phenomenal and the patio rooms 3rd floor with the vaulted ceilings feel like home, can't wait till they get their breakfast situation under way and the conference rooms... Rooms: Awesome and clean, with great beds and nice size! The off walkway rooms give a nice 70s 80s vibe, very nostalgic, the Interior rooms are super quiet and the third floor patio rooms are a home away from home. Safety: Constant security all night and day, they always check to see if people should be there as soon as they touch the property...and gate arm access on both sides. Walkability: There's local food nearby, close enough to walk and convenient stores as well...nothing crazy, but just what you need to get by, just don't be prude lol

A STYLISH 70s INN! This understated Inn is in the heart of Ontario and features a retro aesthetic thats so charming I absolutely fell in love with the place. Sure, some of the areas need major updates. However, if they do remodel this inn I highly recommend they keep the 70s feel. The inn has a sizable pool, large courtyard and several two-story buildings with cozy, clean rooms. The rooms themselves are pretty modern. The beds here are all Tempur-Pedic brand and come with a fridge and microwave. The hand soap pumps are older but very efficient and easy to use. I liked that each room had a pack by the sink with toothbrushes and small toothpaste packs. Carpet is a bit dingy but its not too bad. I took a walk around the courtyard at night and had a great time. I noticed theres a laundry room with a couple washers and dryers, make sure you have change. Also, vending machines can be scattered across the inn and inside the front office. The front office staff are very professional and friendly. The staff had complimentary coffee ready for guests. My favorite thing about my experience was the complimentary breakfast from 5am-9am! The staff prepared a hearty breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit and much more! The buffet had a waffle maker and batter on hand alongside a mini muffin nook. Milk, coffee, and a couple juice options are included at a self-serve machine. I was so happy with the quality of the breakfast, everything tasted great! Theres a large medium-size dining room with plenty of seating where you can enjoy your meal. My check-in and out experiences were seamless and I didnt have a problem at all! I highly recommend this inn and I love that they have a great team that cares about cleanliness. Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast is 5am-9am
