I have 3 Volvos in my household and my kids are Volvo owners also. We often visit Volvo of Ontario for parts and questions. The staff at the parts desk is often very helpful and go to extra lengths to resolve our issues. But by far one of the brightest, most courteous and helpful people i have ever dealt with at your establishment is a lady at the cashier desk named Tina. She is a tall, blond lady. Her superb demeanor, consistent positive, can-do attitude, and over the top customer service skills are the main thing that keeps us coming back to your dealer. Having people of this caliber in your staff speaks volumes of what you guys find as important for your customers. My family and i thank you for selecting people like this to work for you. You have very devoted customers in us.

I was traveling to southern California and the service reminder came on, I booked an appointment online and was able to get in right away, Juan in service did a great job of getting me in on time and out when he said I would be done. I would highly recommend this dealer, I have been to a few Volvo dealers and this one stands out with 5 star service. I will be back when we are in the area for sure and when its time to replace our Volvo this will be the place we come.
