        Staff dont know how to open a business account! They are not fully trained. I will go to previous east west bank which locate in rowland height to open an account, they know how to open. Very bad experience.

        I come to this location every now and then, when the one on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga is closed.It's conveniently located off the 10 freeway, near the intersection of Guasti Rd and Haven Ave and has plenty of parking.This branch is usually pretty empty and I have always been helped quickly.They do have an ATM outside for 24-hour access, but the branch itself is only open Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.
